The Origin of ThetaHealing
In 1995 an American naturopath named Vianna Stibal discovered and developed ThetaHealing. She healed herself from a life threatening illness by using her unique technique of retraining her core belief systems.
What is ThetaHealing?
ThetaHealing is a healing technique that eliminates your limiting subconscious beliefs that hold you back from reaching your full potential. By addressing those negative thoughts and beliefs you can change the direction of your life and relationship so you can experience infinite possibilities.
Some examples of negative thoughts or core beliefs that may be present in the subconscious mind that could be restricting you from reaching your full potential are:
- I am not good enough… I don’t deserve it… I am not worthy… I don’t do enough…
- It is bad to have money… It is greedy to have money… Money is just for rich people…
- I need to work hard for everything that I have or want… Good things happen just for others…
- I have a fear of success… I am no lovable… I have fear of failure…
It is important to uncover the core belief systems that exist and limit your life. Each belief or subconscious thought is tested by completing a muscle test. Statements that are true in your core belief system are identified by a positive muscle response while statements that are untrue have a weak muscle response.
This technique will only be effective if you are open to the philosophy and truly have a desire to change your core beliefs. You and the practitioner agree on the most pertinent areas to address at the subconscious level and are an active participant in witnessing any changes in your body during the process, such as different sensations, colors or visions.
